Executed: The order form doc_103_008, dated 2 Apr 2024, sets the Starter tier with 15 licensed users at £20k a year, from 6 Apr 2024 to 5 Apr 2025. It continues the subscription under the executed MSA doc_103_004 and DPA doc_103_005.
Earlier term: The order form doc_103_006, dated 23 Mar 2023, set £18k after a 10% discount for 6 Apr 2023 to 5 Apr 2024. The discount ended at renewal, as the 2 Apr 2024 form shows.
Open items: Two proposals and a draft MSA are superseded by the executed paper. These are the draft proposal of 18 Jan 2023, the final proposal of 23 Jan 2023 and the MSA v2 draft of 21 Feb 2023.
Onboarding plan: The final onboarding plan of 12 Apr 2023 is a working document, not a contract.
Contradictions:
- The 21 Feb 2023 draft MSA sets renewal on 6 Apr 2024 with 90 days' notice and no termination for convenience. The executed MSA adds termination for convenience on 90 days' written notice and measures availability in business hours only.
