Gaps: No document shows whether either party gave notice before 28 Feb 2026, so the evidence does not show whether the term renewed or at what price. The 2025 order form's signature lines are blank in the text and the customer signs only as Director.
Gaps: No executed document names the customer signatory, and the DPA does not identify the Service Agreement it refers to. The onboarding plan does not show whether go-live happened.
