Tidecombe Housing - Master Services Agreement
1. Parties
This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is between BB-Demo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("BB-Demo"), and Tidecombe Housing, a housing association registered in England ("Customer").
2. Services
BB-Demo will provide access to the Company Brain, a queryable data layer configured to Customer's Snowflake account, connecting Customer's CRM, call recordings, emails, helpdesk tickets, product usage, finance and HR data.
3. Term
Service begins on 1 Mar 2024 and runs for one year until 28 Feb 2025.
4. Tier and Pricing
Customer subscribes to the Starter tier.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure. A separate Data Processing Agreement governs the handling of personal data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on 90 days' written notice at the end of the initial term.
