What the paper says
Document roll-up
Current to 11 Oct 26Quillmark Health has six documents: three final, three draft, none executed. Enterprise proposals quote one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year. The security questionnaire and DPA remain open, and no order form is held.
Executed: None of the six documents has an executed status. Three are stored as final and three as draft, and no order form or signed contract is held, so no price, term or service level binds either party.
Open items:
- Proposal of 20 May 2026 (final) from Jordan Pike: Enterprise annual price of one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, and a deal amount of one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds including the one-off implementation fee.
- Security Questionnaire v1 of 1 Jun 2026 (draft) from Hannah Lowe to Megan Alvarez: most points are marked Open, including the business associate agreement.
- Data Processing Agreement v1 of 16 Jul 2026 (draft): unsigned, with four open points, and meant to be read with a draft business associate agreement that is not held.
Contradictions: The final proposal of 23 Mar 2026 defers the implementation fee to the order form. The proposal draft of 15 May 2026 and the final proposal of 20 May 2026 both put the deal total at one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds.
The 15 May 2026 draft offers Premium support and the Sandbox with the tier, while the 23 Mar 2026 proposal lists them as unpriced add-ons. The 23 Mar 2026 proposal sets the nightly refresh at 07:00 local time, while the 20 May 2026 proposal says only by the start of the business day.
Version order is also inconsistent. The final security questionnaire of 23 Apr 2026 predates the draft v1 of 1 Jun 2026, and two final proposals share the same file name.
Commitments: There are no live commitments, because nothing is executed. Every document defers availability, P1 response time and connector go-live days to an order form that is not held.
Gaps: All six documents were read, so this roll-up covers every document held. There is no order form, business associate agreement or revised security answers, and nothing dated after 16 Jul 2026, so the position on 9 Oct 2026 is not shown.
