Draft Enterprise proposal prepared by Jordan Pike on 15 May 2026. Annual price is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds; total first-year deal amount is one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds including the one-off implementation fee. No availability or P1 response figures are stated.

What it is: a draft proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, to Quillmark Health for a company-wide Enterprise brain starting with client-services teams. It is not an order form and binds no one.

Commits: "Enterprise subscription (annual price)" is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds, billed "annually in advance on thirty-day terms, in GBP". The total deal amount of one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds is the first year including implementation and "should not be read as the annual price".

Unusual: it offers Premium support and the Sandbox "as offered with the current Enterprise tier". Connectors named in the final order form "will carry a go-live commitment", but none are named yet.

Not settled: any first-term discount, the first-wave connectors, SSO and SCIM timing, data residency and security review sign-off. The evidence does not show a revised proposal or an executed order form.

Body

Quillmark Health - Proposal v1

Status: Draft

Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo

Date: Friday 15 May 2026

This draft is for discussion with the Quillmark Health team in Boston. Open points are flagged at the end.

1. Context

Quillmark Health provides revenue-cycle management services to hospital groups and works under HIPAA. As we understand it, your client-services teams spend too much time pulling together a picture of each hospital client from separate systems: the CRM, call recordings, email, support tickets and finance data.

To be transparent about what we heard: the goal is one view of each hospital client, so that a client-services lead can ask a question and get an answer from every source, without a manual reconciliation first.

2. What we propose

BB-Demo builds and runs the company brain inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment. We connect to the systems you already use and layer one queryable view on top.

3. Security and compliance

Here's where we are on security: Enterprise engagements include a full security review, and we expect your security team to go through it in detail. We would rather surface any gap early than have it found late. Nothing in this proposal should be read as a commitment on HIPAA obligations beyond what is set out in the agreement and the security review itself, and we will answer your security team's questions directly and in writing.

Because the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, access control, retention and audit sit with your own team. If you need dedicated US data residency as an add-on, tell us and we will cover it in the review.

4. Commercials

ItemAmount
Enterprise subscription (annual price)one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds
One-off implementation feeIncluded in the deal amount below
Total deal amount (including the one-off implementation fee)one hundred and fifty-five thousand pounds

The annual price is the recurring subscription. The deal amount is the total value of the first year, including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the annual price. Billing is annually in advance on thirty-day terms, in GBP. Any first-term discount is still to be discussed and is not reflected here.

Connectors named in the final order form will carry a go-live commitment. We will set those once you confirm which systems come first.

6. Open points in this draft

  • Which systems are in the first wave of connectors.
  • Whether SSO and SCIM need to be live from day one.
  • Any data residency requirement from your hospital clients.
  • Timing of the security review and who on your side signs it off.

7. Next steps

  1. Jordan Pike to walk your team through this draft and take comments.
  2. Your security team to start the review.
  3. A revised proposal to follow, then an order form under the master agreement.

What would make this a yes? Tell us, and we will build it into the next version.

Thanks, Jordan
