Ask: Rachel Dunmore sent the invoice for the annual subscription, issued 10 Sep 2025 and due 10 Oct 2025, with a net amount of £42k (£50k including VAT). She asked Susan Tweddle to confirm the PO number.
Customer view: Susan does not reply in the thread, so nothing shows whether the PO number was supplied or the invoice paid. Accounting records would need to confirm payment.
Next: Finance should check whether the PO number was received.
