Tom Ashdown sent the Starter renewal order form at £22k on 9 Sep 2026. On 14 Sep 2026 Jonathan Marsden asked why he must sign at a higher rate than £20k and said he does not recall the January notice.

Ask: Tom sent the order form for a one-year renewal effective 22 Sep 2026 at £22k.

Customer view: Jonathan, the Managing Director, questions the higher rate against his current £20k contract and says he does not recall notice in January. He asks Tom to walk him through it.

Next: the thread ends with his question. It does not show a reply or a signed order form.

Tom, I need to understand why we're being asked to sign at the higher rate when our current contract was £19,500. The renewal letter from Marcus said the price change applies to renewals "from July onwards", but he also said I'd get notice back in January. I don't recall that. Can you walk me through this? Jonathan
