Ask: Nell wants Yasmin to attend and to share views on how BB-Demo describes running inside the customer's own Snowflake account. She also invites her to pass it to colleagues on the Starter licence.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.

Next: this is relationship building with a stakeholder outside the day-to-day users.

Hello Yasmin, We are running an online BB-Demo webinar on Thursday 16 Nov 2023 and I would like you to be there. It is a practical session on what teams get out of asking the brain questions instead of reconciling systems by hand. Ardenmore has been with us since the summer of last year, so I think the client-relationship team would recognise a lot of it. As Data Protection Officer you may also have views on how we talk about running inside the customer's own Snowflake account, and I would value those. If it is useful, pass the invitation to colleagues on the Starter licence. Fifteen users are included, so there is room. Could you let me know whether you can join? A quick reply is plenty. Best, Nell

B-Brain is one place to read everything the company knows about its customers: the CRM, calls, emails, support tickets, product usage, invoices, documents, news and HR. Every page is built from those systems and the data is current to Fri 9 Oct 2026.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
