Kickoff follow-up and access for the first refresh

Hello all, Thanks for your time on the kickoff. Here is where we landed, so we are working from the same list. What I need from your side is: - a read-only account for each source we agreed to connect, sent in writing - confirmation from Yasmin that the data protection checks are complete for those sources - the name of the person who will own each source on your side I do not start a connector without written access, so these come before we switch on the refresh. Once they are in, I will map the fields and check each mapping with Sukhvinder before anything is loaded. Daniel is copied as your customer success contact and will stay close to this throughout. Hi Callie, Thanks for the summary. I can set up the read-only accounts for the case management system and the shared document store. I will send those details by Thursday. The mailbox source needs a conversation with Yasmin first, because it holds member correspondence. I would rather not give access until she has confirmed what can be indexed. Hello all, Thank you, Sukhvinder, the access details for the case management system and the document store have arrived and I have logged them in the setup note. On the mailbox source, I will hold it until Yasmin confirms. That is the right order. Yasmin, if it helps, I can write up exactly which fields would be indexed and which would be left out, and you can review that before deciding. Next week I will start on the field mapping for the two sources we have, and I will share the mapping with Sukhvinder before we run the first refresh. Thanks, Callie
