- Lewis Kerr 20 Jan 2026 08:07Hi Bethany, I'd like to walk you through the proposal properly rather than leave it as an attachment. It should take about half an hour, and I would like James to be there if he can, as I know you would not want to move without him. Could you let me know a couple of times later this week or early next week that would suit you both? I'll fit around you. Kind regards, Lewis
- Bethany Cole 20 Jan 2026 09:57Hi Lewis, Thanks, yes, that makes sense. James is travelling for the next couple of days, so Thursday afternoon is realistic, or failing that the start of next week. I'd rather have him there than send him a summary afterwards. Let me check his diary and come back to you, but pencil in Thursday for now. Best, Bethany
- Lewis Kerr 22 Jan 2026 13:56Hi Bethany, To put a number on it, I'd like to hold 30 minutes with you and James. Since I have not had your confirmation, I have kept this afternoon free in case it still works, and otherwise I can do early next week. The proposal will be quoted with the VAT position set out, and co-termed to your start date, so there should be no surprises when we go through it. Could you let me know which you would prefer? Kind regards, Lewis
