As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr proposes a second demo for resident services and reporting. Bethany Cole agrees to Thursday at 10:00, will bring Zainab and Sana plus a regional manager, and wants to see a resident ticket linked to a nomination agreement.
Ask: Lewis wanted a second session because resident services and reporting raised the most questions.
Customer view: Bethany is engaged and says resident issues are what the universities hear about fastest. Her one specific request is the link from ticket to nomination agreement.
Next: Hannah Lowe runs the session and Lewis sends the invitation.

- Lewis Kerr 7 Jan 2026 13:45Hi Bethany, Following on from the first demo, I'd like to book a second session aimed at resident services and reporting, as they raised the most questions. Hannah can run it next week. Would Thursday or Friday suit, either morning or early afternoon? I would suggest an hour, with the same attendees as before plus anyone from your side who handles resident issues day to day. If you tell me a day and time, I'll send the invitation straight away. Kind regards, Lewis
- Bethany Cole 8 Jan 2026 08:02Morning Lewis, Good idea. Partners first, but resident issues are what the universities hear about fastest, so it's worth getting this right. Thursday morning works best for us. Could we say 10:00? I'll make sure Zainab and Sana are both there, and I'll ask one of the regional managers to join so we have the view from the buildings. If Hannah can show how a resident ticket links back to a nomination agreement, that's the one thing I think the universities would ask about. Best, Bethany
