What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26After the quarterly review, Amara Obi told Steven Holroyd and Josh Pearce that active users are down sharply against a 150-user licence, and asked why. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Amara asked for thoughts by the end of the week on the drop, whether a high priority ticket is closed, and who else needs access.
Customer view: Steven asked what the brain saves him. Amara said she cannot answer fairly until the drop is understood.
Next: there is no customer response in the thread. Amara plans a short working session with Josh once replies arrive.

- Amara Obi 24 Aug 2026 08:08Hi Steven, hi Josh, Thank you both for your time at the review. Here's what the numbers say, and what I'd like us to do about them. 1. Active users are down sharply on the previous quarter, well below what a licence for 150 users would suggest. I don't want that to drift into the autumn. 2. There were three tickets in the last month, one of them high priority. Josh, could you tell me whether that one is fully closed from your side? 3. Who else should have access? If a team has stopped using the brain, I'd like to know why: a change of system, a change of people, or simply that it isn't answering what they need. Steven, you asked what it saves you. I can't give you a fair answer until we understand the drop, so I'd rather fix that first and come back to you with a clear picture. Could you both reply with your thoughts by the end of this week? I'll then set up a short working session with Josh. Best, Amara
