Here's what I'll cover: how your 150 licensed users are using the brain, the tickets raised recently, and what we should look at before the renewal on 3 Apr 2027. Usage is a little down on last quarter and I would rather we talked about that properly than skip over it. Is there anyone else on your side who should join? Best, Amara
