What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Priya Raman sent the £56k Growth proposal. Finance Director Steven Holroyd asks who will use it, what it saves per order, and what is one-off against annual. Priya replied; no answer from Thackwray yet.
Ask: Steven wants user numbers, savings in cost per order and a clear split of one-off and annual charges.
Customer view: He is sceptical and wants value in his terms, not a feature list. Kelly was asked for team time spent today.
Next: Priya is to send a one-page split and build savings from Thackwray's own work, aiming for signature by 21 Mar 2025.

- Priya Raman 14 Feb 2025 10:16Hi Kelly, Steven, Following our call, I've attached the Growth proposal for Thackwray. The total comes to £56,000, which covers the implementation as well as the subscription, and the aim would be to get the order form signed by 21 Mar 2025 so the client managers are working on live data as soon as possible. The idea is simple: orders, returns tickets and service reviews for each brand in one place, so Kelly's team walk into reviews with the facts. Happy to make this easy, so if there are questions on any section, tell me and I'll turn them round quickly. Best, Priya
- Steven Holroyd 19 Feb 2025 09:38Priya, Read it. Two questions. Who's actually going to use this day to day, and how many of them? And what does it save us? I need that in terms of cost per order, not a list of what it does. I don't want surprises on the invoice either, so set out what is one-off and what comes round every year. Steven Holroyd
- Priya Raman 20 Feb 2025 16:24Hi Steven, Kelly, Fair questions, thank you. On users: the client managers are the core group, and Kelly can confirm numbers from her side so we size it properly rather than guess. On savings, I'd like to build that from your own returns and service review work rather than quote you a generic figure. Kelly, could you share how much time the team spends today pulling that together by hand? On the invoice, I'll send a one-page split of the one-off implementation and the annual subscription so nothing is a surprise. If we can get this over the line by 21 Mar 2025, we keep the go-live plan intact. Best, Priya
