What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26After discovery, Lewis Kerr suggested Growth at a proposal of £56k total including implementation. Finance Director Steven Holroyd asked who would use it and what it does to cost per order.
Ask: Lewis recapped the need and put the proposal at £56k, total deal value including the one-off implementation fee, not an annual price. The decision target is 21 Mar 2025, which he called a target, not a deadline.
Customer view: Steven did not engage on price. He asked who is using it and what it saves, wants the effect on cost per order, and asked for detail split out.
Next: Lewis owes a split written proposal and an answer on usage and cost.

- Lewis Kerr 6 Jan 2025 10:23Dear Kelly, Steven, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. To recap what I took away: your client managers currently pull orders, returns tickets and service review material from separate places, and you want them to see each brand together before the monthly review. On that basis I would suggest the Growth tier. To put a number on it, the proposal currently stands at £56,000, which is the total deal value including the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price, and I'll show the split clearly in the written proposal. VAT is on top, and I'll set that out line by line. We are working towards a decision by 21 Mar 2025, but that is a target, not a deadline. Steven, if there is anything you'd want answered on usage or cost before the next step, tell me and I'll cover it. Kind regards, Lewis
- Steven Holroyd 8 Jan 2025 14:15Lewis, Thanks for the recap. Before I take it any further: who's using it, and what does it save us? Kelly can tell you what the client managers need. I need to see what it does to cost per order. Send me the detail in good time, split out, and I'll look at it properly. Steven Holroyd
