Current to 14 Oct 26Kelly Swainston agreed to a discovery conversation with Lewis Kerr in early January. She wants Steven Holroyd involved later, as he signs off purchases like this.
Ask: Lewis proposed a forty-five minute discovery conversation about how client managers prepare for monthly service reviews.
Customer view: Kelly agreed, preferred early January but not the first couple of days, and named Steven as the signatory. She wants the first session with just her.
Next: Lewis will send two or three slots for the week after the first.

- Lewis Kerr 23 Dec 2024 14:45Dear Kelly, Thank you for getting in touch about the brain. I'd like to set up a discovery conversation so I can understand how your client managers work today and what you would want to buy, and by when. Would early in the new year suit you? I'd suggest around forty-five minutes, and I'll keep it to your questions and how you prepare for the monthly service reviews. If you tell me a couple of days that work, I'll send the invite over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Kelly Swainston 23 Dec 2024 15:39Hi Lewis, Thanks, that works. We're quiet-ish between Christmas and New Year but the brands never really stop, so early January is better for me. Not the first couple of days though. I'd like Steven in on it at some point as he signs anything like this off, but let's do the first one with just me and see where we get to. Thanks, Kelly
- Lewis Kerr 24 Dec 2024 10:00Kelly, Understood. I'll look at the week after the first and send two or three slots over before the end of the week, so you can pick one when you're back. Agreed on Steven: we can bring him in once we've covered the ground, so he sees something worth his time. Have a good Christmas. Kind regards, Lewis
