What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell sent the renewal notice for the Enterprise subscription ending 27 Aug 2026. CFO Robert Lindsay asked which figure is contracted, £104k or the £125k he saw. Tom Ashdown is to confirm in writing.
Ask: Robert wants the contracted figure for the new term in writing, with an explanation of how £125k relates to the current £104k.
Customer view: He is questioning the numbers on price and has seen the higher figure in BG-Demo's system. Marcus explained £125k is the renewal deal value held internally and deferred pricing to Tom.
Next: Tom sends pricing and the order form, aiming for agreement by 18 Aug 2026.

- Marcus Bell 29 May 2026 10:22Hi Robert, This is our formal renewal notice. Your Enterprise subscription runs to 27 Aug 2026, and we'd like to talk through the renewal with you well ahead of that date. For reference, your current contracted annual figure is £104,500 for 150 licensed users. Tom, copied here, will send the renewal paperwork and confirm the pricing for the next term in writing. Shall we book 30 minutes in the next couple of weeks? Thanks, Marcus
- Robert Lindsay 2 Jun 2026 15:29Marcus, Thank you for the notice. Which figure is the contracted one for the new term? I have seen £125,000 mentioned in your system and I'll need that in writing, with an explanation of how it relates to the current £104,500. Robert Lindsay
- Marcus Bell 4 Jun 2026 16:34Hi Robert, Fair question. The £125,000 is the renewal deal value held on our side, and the current contract is £104,500 a year. I'd rather not guess at how the two reconcile for you, so Tom will confirm the pricing for the new term in writing, along with the order form. Pricing is his area. We are aiming to have the renewal agreed by 18 Aug 2026, ahead of the contract end on 27 Aug 2026. Thanks, Marcus
