Laura Penhaligon and Alan Rennie agreed Thursday at 10:00 for the next onboarding working session. Alan is unsure of the full source list on the service desk side and may not get his provisioning colleague.

Ask: Laura wanted to agree data sources, check what is indexed from each and settle who needs access to what.

Customer view: Alan was slow to reply because of month-end billing and said he is not certain he has the full picture on the service desk side.

Next: Laura sent the invite and will start with billing and account data if provisioning cannot attend.

Hi Alan, Thanks for the time on the call last week. I'd like to get the next onboarding working session in the diary so we keep the momentum going. The plan is to go through the data sources you want connected first, check what the brain is indexing from each, and agree who at Kenmure needs access to what. It should take about an hour. Could you do Thursday or Friday this week? Mornings suit me best, but I can be flexible. If someone from the service desk or provisioning should be there too, let me know and I'll make sure we cover their questions. Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy couple of days with month-end billing. Thursday morning could work for me, say 10:00, but I'd need to check whether my colleague from provisioning can make it. Friday is difficult as I'm out of the office most of the day. I'll confirm in the morning if that's all right. In the meantime, I'll pull together the list of sources I think we need, though I'm not certain I have the full picture on the service desk side. Alan

Hi Alan, No problem at all. I've pencilled in Thursday at 10:00 and I'll send a calendar invite now so it's held. If your colleague can't make it, we can still start with the billing and account data and pick up provisioning in a follow-up. Please do send the list of sources when you have it, even if it's incomplete. We can fill the gaps together on the day. Speak soon, Laura
