What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Shona Baird says the Enterprise proposal scope looks right but wants provisioning and fault data named in the connector list. Once changed, Tom Ashdown will send it to Robert Lindsay, with the £134k total as headline only.
Ask: Tom asked whether anything needed changing before the proposal goes to Robert.
Customer view: Shona is supportive. Her one change is naming provisioning and fault data, which her team works in daily.
Next: Tom updates the connector list and sends the proposal to Robert, with a target of 14 Aug 2025 that is not a deadline.

- Tom Ashdown 22 Jul 2025 14:09Hi Shona, Thanks again for going through the proposal with me. As discussed, it covers the Enterprise tier, with the implementation as a fixed fee and the subscription on top. The deal value in the proposal is £134,500 in total, which includes the one-off implementation. I would want to confirm the split in writing with Robert, so please treat that as the headline figure only. We are aiming to have things settled by 14 Aug 2025, though that is a target rather than a deadline. Was there anything you wanted changed before I send it to Robert? Cheers, Tom
- Shona Baird 23 Jul 2025 08:06Tom, Read it last night. Scope looks right to me. I would like the provisioning and fault data named properly in the connector list, because that is what my team lives in. Once that is in, send it on to Robert. I will tell him it is coming so he is not surprised. Cheers, Shona
