- Leah Brandt 8 Sep 2026 13:56Hi Debbie, I'm sorry to be writing again about invoice INV-155-0009. This is the fourth reminder, and our records still show it as unpaid. For reference, the invoice was issued on 26 May 2026 and fell due on 25 Jun 2026. The amounts are: - Net: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross: £13,200 Could you let me know where it has got to on your side? If it is waiting on an approval, or if there is a query on the invoice itself, please tell me and I will pick it up straight away. If it has already been paid, a remittance advice would let me match it up. If I don't hear back, I'll have to ask our account team to follow up with you directly, which I would rather avoid. A payment date, even a rough one, would help me a lot. Thanks for your help. Kind regards, Leah Brandt Finance Assistant, BB-Demo
- Debbie Rowntree 10 Sep 2026 17:01Hi Leah, Thanks for chasing, and apologies for the silence on the earlier reminders. That is down to us, not you. The invoice has been sitting with a colleague who queried it, as I understand the team stopped using the platform some while ago and there was a question over whether a renewal charge should have been raised at all. It was never formally resolved, so it just stayed in the queue. I should have picked it up sooner and told you what was happening. I've asked for a decision this week. To help me get it through, could you send me whatever you hold that shows what this invoice relates to, such as the order form or the renewal notice? Our finance team will want to see that before anything is released, particularly as we first signed up on 23 Aug 2024 and I can't see anything on file for the current period. I'm not in a position to promise a payment date yet. I will come back to you as soon as I have an answer one way or the other. Kind regards, Debbie Rowntree Credit Controller, Ashwell Mercer Interiors
