What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the check-in, Craig Ashwell agreed a working session with Debbie and a project manager. He wants a live agreed-not-invoiced variation shown and a plain statement of what renewal gives if usage stays flat.
Ask: Craig wants two things covered on Wednesday morning: a live variation that is agreed but not yet invoiced, and what the renewal delivers at current usage. He would rather have that conversation now than in the last week of the term.
Customer view: Use depends on whether the brain helps the company get paid for what it has built.

- Marcus Bell 31 Jul 2026 09:13Hi Craig, Thanks again for making time recently. I wanted to pick up where we left off and pin down a next step before the renewal date of 22 Aug 2026 gets any closer. Here's what I took away, so correct me if I've got it wrong: - Your project teams have been stretched, which is why logins have dipped against the 40 licences. - You want the variations and client signatures easier to see from one place. - The credit-control team still need to be brought back in. What I'd suggest is a short working session with whoever on your side chases clients, so I can show them how to find the variation history without leaving the brain. Nothing heavy, and I can run it on your own data. I'll also check the connectors are all loading as they should, so you aren't looking at stale records. Could you let me know who should be in the room and which day next week works? Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through first. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 3 Aug 2026 13:24Marcus, Good summary, that's about right. I'd bring in Debbie from credit control and one of the project managers. Not the whole team, they'll switch off. Wednesday morning is best, before site visits start. Two things I want covered. First, show me a live project where a variation was agreed but not yet invoiced, and how the brain flags it. Second, tell me plainly what we get for the renewal if usage stays where it is. I'd rather we have that conversation now than in the last week of the term. Let's get paid for what we've built. If the brain helps with that, we'll use it. Craig On 31 Jul 2026, at 09:13, Marcus Bell wrote: > Could you let me know who should be in the room and which day next week works?
