Marcus Bell asks for a check-in because usage has dipped. Craig Ashwell blames a busy period, asks what the call is for and wants it practical. Marcus offers a live demo on Thursday at 14:00 or Wednesday morning.

Ask: Marcus raised the usage dip across 40 licensed users and whether the three teams still look at each client together.

Customer view: Craig accepts the dip but pushes back on the framing, preferring a call about what is useful to a usage review.

Next: Marcus agreed to keep it practical, show each team's recent use and try a live client example. The thread does not show which slot was chosen.

Hi Craig, Hope the new year has started well. I've pulled the numbers for your account ahead of the new quarter and wanted to get a check-in in the diary. A few things I'd like to cover: - Usage has dipped over the last quarter. Fewer people are logging in than when we last spoke, and I'd like to understand why before it becomes a habit. - Which of your 40 licensed users are actually getting value, and which teams have drifted away. - Whether the project, commercial and credit teams are still looking at each client together, which was the point of bringing the brain in. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Fair point. It's been a busy few weeks, two projects handing over before Christmas and everyone buried in valuations. People stopped looking at it, that's all. I don't want to waste your time or mine though. What exactly do you want from the call? I'd rather it was about what's useful for us than a usage lecture. Next week is fine. Not Monday. Craig

Hi Craig, Thanks, and understood on keeping it practical. No lecture, I promise. What I'd like to do is share my screen, show you what each team has been using lately, and ask you where the brain should be helping that it currently isn't. If there's a project or a client you want to see in one place, we can try it live. How about Thursday at 14:00? If that doesn't work, Wednesday morning is open too. Just let me know and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
