What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell writes up the QBR for Craig Ashwell, Valerie Okon and Sunil Kapoor: few regular users on a 40-user Growth contract, work back in spreadsheets, and actions for each. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Marcus wants Sunil to confirm any system changes, Craig to name two or three people to trial live client questions, and a check-in in a couple of weeks.
Customer view: The thread holds no customer reply. Craig's stated aim, one view of variations, calls and invoices per client, is recorded as unchanged.
Next: Priya Raman will raise the contract, which Marcus says runs to 22 Aug 2026. The thread does not show what followed.

- Marcus Bell 5 Jan 2026 12:30Hi all, Thanks for making the time to talk through the QBR. I wanted to put down what we covered so we all have the same picture, and so Valerie has it in writing. What I took from the conversation: - Your contract covers 40 licensed users on Growth, and only a handful of people are using the brain regularly at the moment. Usage has come down again since the last quarter. - Some of the commercial and credit work has moved back into spreadsheets, partly because of the year-end rush. - Craig and the project teams want to see each client's variations, calls and invoices in one place, and that is still the main reason for having it. What I suggest we do next: - Sunil: I'll send you a short list of the connectors we have running, and I'd be grateful if you could tell me whether anything has changed in the project or finance systems that I should know about. - Craig: could you name two or three people in the commercial and credit teams who would try the brain on live client questions? I'm happy to run a short session with them. - Me: I'll pull together the questions people are asking and share them before we meet again, so we can see what is landing and what isn't. Priya is copied as she looks after the commercial side of the account, and she will be in touch nearer the time about your contract, which runs to 22 Aug 2026. There's nothing you need to decide on that now. Shall we book 30 minutes in a couple of weeks to check how the above has gone? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Thanks, Marcus
