What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asks for a QBR after a usage dip across 40 licensed users. Craig Ashwell accepts, admits the team went back to spreadsheets in the year-end rush, and asks for Sunil on the call.
Ask: Marcus wanted a QBR in the new year to look at the dip in usage since the autumn. Craig agreed and proposed Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
Customer view: Craig accepts that usage is down and puts it down to the year-end rush. He wants the call to cover what the team actually need.
Next: Marcus booked Tuesday at 10:00, will bring Sunil in and keep Valerie informed.

- Marcus Bell 29 Dec 2025 11:39Hi Craig, Hope you've had a decent Christmas. I'd like to get your next QBR booked in for the new year, while things are a bit quieter on your side. I've pulled the numbers and I'd like to walk you through them. Usage across your 40 licensed users has dipped since the autumn, and I'd rather we looked at that together and worked out what would make the brain more useful to the project, commercial and credit teams. Shall we book half an hour? Anything in the first week back would suit me. If it's easier, I'm happy to jump on a call at whatever time works for you. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 30 Dec 2025 16:04Marcus, Fine by me. First week back is tight, we have two handovers on site and I'll be out most of Monday. Tuesday or Wednesday morning is better. I know the usage is down. Some of the team went back to their old spreadsheets when the year-end rush started. Not ideal. Let's talk about what they actually need from it. I'd like Sunil on the call as well. He knows what's connected and what isn't. Craig On 29 Dec 2025, at 11:39, Marcus Bell wrote: > Shall we book half an hour? - Marcus Bell 30 Dec 2025 18:28Hi Craig, Thanks for coming back so quickly. Tuesday morning it is, and I'll send an invite for 10:00 shortly. I'll ask Sunil to join and I'll keep Valerie in the loop, as I know she likes to see what comes out of these. Spreadsheets creeping back in over a busy period is quite common, so please don't worry about that. I'll bring a short list of what the teams are asking the brain and where the gaps look to be, and we can pick the two or three things that would make the biggest difference. Speak soon, Marcus
