Marcus Bell raised low logins and fewer questions asked. Craig Ashwell agreed, said part of it was his own lack of push, and asked for a call on Thursday afternoon and a summary of what the team has been asking.

Ask: Craig wants a call, not a visit, to show where his team is stuck. He also wants to know what other teams have set up that his has not.

Customer view: he owns the adoption gap rather than blaming the product, and he is engaged. Usage is the exposure: only a handful of the 40 licensed users log in regularly.

Next: Marcus is to send a one-page summary of who asks what by team before the call.

Hi Craig, Hope you're well. It's been a little while since we had a proper catch-up, and I'd like to get something in the diary. I've pulled the numbers for your account and want to walk you through them. In short: - you have 40 licensed users, and only a handful are logging in on a regular basis at the moment - the questions being asked of the brain have eased off compared with the spring - I'd like to hear which projects and clients your team most wants to see in one place None of that is a complaint from either side. I just want to make sure the set-up is still matching how your project, commercial and credit teams work day to day, and to see whether anything needs changing before it drifts further. Shall we book thirty minutes next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, or I can come to you in Reading if you'd rather do it in person. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Fair point, it's been busy. Two big fit-outs are on site and everyone's heads are down. The team aren't using it as much as I'd like, I'll be honest. Part of that is me. I haven't pushed it since the summer and I should have. Thursday afternoon works. Make it a call, not a visit. I want to show you where we're stuck, and I'd like to know what the other teams have set up that we haven't. What has the team actually been asking it? Send me that before we speak, so I'm not going in cold. Craig

Hi Craig, Thanks for coming back so quickly, and that's very helpful. Thursday afternoon it is. I'll send an invite shortly and aim for mid-afternoon, so shout if that clashes with anything on site. Before then I'll send over a short summary of who has been asking what, by team, so you can see where the use is concentrated and where it's thin. I'll keep it to one page. If there are particular projects or clients you want me to bring up on screen, tell me and I'll have them ready. Thanks, Marcus
