As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Commercial Director Craig Ashwell accepted a check-in before the 22 Aug 2025 term end and raised the usage dip, asking where the value is if only a few use the brain. He wants Sunil on the call and leaves money to Valerie.
Ask: Marcus Bell proposed a check-in on weekly users, the questions teams ask and connector issues. Craig offered Thursday morning or Friday after lunch.
Customer view: some project staff stopped logging in when workload rose, and he questions the value of a small user base. He wants Sunil there for the connectors.
Next: Marcus should bring a plan to re-engage the lapsed users, and keep commercial terms with Priya and Valerie.

- Marcus Bell 11 Aug 2025 12:52Hi Craig, I'd like to get a check-in in the diary before your term ends on 22 Aug 2025. I've pulled the numbers for the last few months and there are a few things worth going through together: - how many people are using the brain week to week, which has dipped a little - which questions your project and credit teams are asking most - anything on the connectors that is not working the way you expected I'm happy to jump on a call and share my screen so you can see it for yourself. Shall we book half an hour sometime this week or early next week? Let me know what suits you. Priya will also be in touch about the renewal paperwork, so it would be good to have this conversation first and keep the two things separate. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 11 Aug 2025 14:06Marcus, Thanks. Yes, let's do it. I'm on site most of this week, so Thursday morning is the best I can offer, or Friday after lunch. I'd like to talk about the usage dip. We've had a couple of people on the project side who stopped logging in when the workload picked up, and I want to understand what we need to do to get them back. Where's the value if only a few of us use it? I'd also like Sunil on the call, because he knows the connectors better than I do. Anything involving money goes through Valerie, so I'll leave that to her and Priya. Craig
