What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Craig Ashwell accepted a Thursday 10:00 QBR but wants the open ticket explained beforehand, the invoice kept separate with credit control, and honest usage numbers by team. He says the team has not stuck with it.
Ask: Craig wants to know what the ticket is and who is looking at it before the review. He also asks for usage by team.
Customer view: he thinks adoption is weaker than he hoped and wants the invoice kept out of the review. That reads as a value concern with the renewal on 22 Aug 2025 close.
Next: Marcus owes a ticket update before Thursday.

- Marcus Bell 2 Jul 2025 16:56Hi Craig, I'd like to get your quarterly review in the diary, and with the renewal on 22 Aug 2025 getting closer it is worth doing sooner rather than later. What I'd like to cover: - Usage across your 40 licensed users, and which teams are getting value from the brain. - The ticket that came in recently. It is with our support team and I'll bring you an update on it. - Which connectors and teams you want in place for the next year. - The renewal, so there are no surprises on either side. I could do Tuesday or Thursday next week, either at 10:00 or 14:00. Happy to jump on a call, or come to you in Reading if you would prefer to do it in person. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 2 Jul 2025 17:29Marcus, Thursday at 10:00 works. Call is fine, I'm on site most of next week. Two things before then. The ticket. I want to know what it is and who is looking at it. If it is stopping my people getting to the project data, I need to hear about it before the review, not at it. The invoice. That sits with credit control, so Debbie has it. I'll leave that with her and our finance side, and I'd rather it didn't get mixed up with the review. I would also like to know what you are seeing on usage. My feeling is that the team has not stuck with it as well as I hoped. Bring the numbers by team and let's be straight about it. Craig
