Marcus Bell raises falling logins, a narrow group of askers and two tickets. Craig Ashwell admits some project teams went back to spreadsheets and asks for a view of variations by client. He wants Valerie kept out.

Ask: Craig agrees to 30 minutes on Thursday morning or Friday before lunch. He wants to see variations by client and what each client has signed.

Customer view: He concedes usage has slipped but ties renewed effort to the brain answering his question. He wants it treated as a usage conversation, not a cash one.

Next: Marcus needs to bring a variations-by-client view to the check-in.

Hi Craig, Hope the week is going well. I'd like to book a short check-in so we can look at how Ashwell Mercer is using the brain. I've pulled the numbers and a few things stand out: - Fewer people have been logging in over the last quarter than the one before - Questions are coming from a small group rather than across the business - Two tickets have been raised recently, which I'd like to run through with you None of that is a complaint from my side. I'd just like to understand whether the brain is showing the project, commercial and credit teams what you bought it for, and what we could do to make it more useful. Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, and I can share my screen and take you through the figures. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Fair point on the numbers. Honestly it has been a busy few weeks and a couple of the project teams have gone back to their own spreadsheets. Not ideal. Thirty minutes is fine. Thursday morning or Friday before lunch both work. Bring something that shows me variations by client. Where's the variation, what has the client signed? That is what I need the team to see, and if the brain does it I'll push them harder to use it. I would rather not have Valerie on this one. It is a usage conversation, not a cash one. Craig
