Marcus Bell flagged that far fewer of the 40 Growth users are logging in than in the autumn. Craig Ashwell called it unsurprising for January but said he does not want it to slip, and asked for the list of lapsed users.

Ask: Marcus asked to book half an hour to walk through the usage numbers. Craig agreed to Thursday morning and asked for the list of who has stopped logging in, by team.

Customer view: He puts the dip down to a heavy site season but ties value to seeing each client's projects, variations and invoices in one place. He says that is not happening if people are not using it.

Next: Marcus brings the lapsed-user list to the Thursday call.

Hi Craig, Happy new year. Hope the break was a good one. I've pulled the numbers for Ashwell Mercer ahead of the new quarter and wanted to run them past you rather than send a report cold. The short version: - You have 40 users licensed on Growth, but far fewer of them are logging in than back in the autumn - The drop is mostly the project and credit control teams, who were the reason you brought the brain in - Nothing has come through to us from your side, so I don't think it's a fault. It looks more like people drifting back to the old routine I'd rather understand it from you than guess. It may be perfectly normal for the time of year, or there may be something about how the teams are using it that we could make easier. Shall we book half an hour this week or next? Happy to jump on a call and share my screen so you can see what I'm looking at. Thursday or Friday morning would suit me, but tell me what works for you. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for flagging it. Not a surprise, to be honest. January is always heavy on site and the teams go back to what they know. But I don't want it to slip. The whole point was seeing each client's projects, variations and invoices in one place. If people aren't using it, that isn't happening. Thursday morning is fine. Make it early, before I'm out of the office. Send me the invite. Bring the list of who has stopped logging in. I'd like to know which teams, and I'll have a word. Craig
