After the QBR call Marcus Bell wrote to Craig Ashwell, Valerie Okon and Sunil Kapoor. Only a handful of the 40 licensed Growth users are in regular use. He asked each for an input. No customer reply is in the thread.

Ask: Marcus asked Craig to name people in the project and commercial teams who would benefit, Valerie whether credit control wants a walkthrough, and Sunil to confirm which systems feed the brain. He wanted replies by the end of the following week.

Customer view: none recorded, as no one replied in this thread.

Next: Marcus will build a short session for each team on the customer's own data once the replies arrive.

Hi all, Thanks for making time on our call. A short note so we all have the same picture and know who is doing what. What I'm seeing in the numbers: - You have 40 licensed users on Growth, but only a handful of people are in regular use week to week - Regular use has dipped a little compared with the previous quarter - I'd like to understand whether that's seasonal or whether some teams haven't got into the habit yet What I'd suggest: - Craig: could you name a few people in the project and commercial teams who would benefit most from asking the brain about a client's variations and calls? - Valerie: would it help if the credit control team had a short walkthrough of invoices and client history in one place? - Sunil: could you confirm which of your systems are feeding the brain at the moment, so I can check nothing has changed on your side? Once I have those, I'll put together a short session for each team using your own data. Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through first. Could you come back to me by the end of next week? Shall we book half an hour once I have your replies? Thanks, Marcus
