What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked to book the next QBR. Craig Ashwell agreed to a morning slot in the second week of January at 10:00, asked for an hour, and wants Valerie and Sunil there. He wants variations visible beside client calls and invoices.
Ask: Marcus proposed a half-hour QBR in January covering project, commercial and credit control use. Craig accepted, set 10:00 in the second week of January and doubled the length to an hour.
Customer view: Craig says variations next to the client's calls and invoices is "why we bought it". He expects Valerie Okon to test what the company gets "for the money" and Sunil Kapoor to press on reports tying up.
Next: Marcus should prepare a value case for the finance director and a reconciliation answer for Sunil, not only usage numbers.

- Marcus Bell 24 Dec 2024 13:40Hi Craig, Hope you get a proper break over Christmas. Quick one before things go quiet. I'd like to get our next QBR into the diary for early in the new year, so we can go through how the brain is being used across project, commercial and credit control, and what you want from it next. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Could you let me know: - which week in January works best for you - whether you'd like Valerie and Sunil in the room as well - anything you want me to cover that we didn't get to last time I've pulled the numbers and will have them ready. Shall we book half an hour to start with, and run longer if it's useful? Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 31 Dec 2024 11:28Marcus, Yes, let's do it. Second week of January is best, mornings. 10:00 suits me. Bring Valerie and Sunil in. Valerie will want to see what we're getting for the money. Sunil will have his usual questions about reports tying up. From me: I want to talk about variations. Where's the variation, and can the team see it next to the client's calls and invoices? That's why we bought it. Half an hour won't be enough. Make it an hour. Happy new year.
