Kickoff follow-up and next steps

Hi Craig, hi Sunil, Thanks both for today's kickoff. A quick summary so we all hold the same plan. What we agreed: - The aim is one view of each client: projects, variations, calls and invoices together, for the project, commercial and credit-control teams. - Sunil is the admin for the brain and my day-to-day contact. Craig is the sponsor on your side. - Your licence covers 40 users, so we will start with a smaller group from each team and widen it once the first refresh has landed. What I need from your side is: - written access for each source system, from Sunil - the client list as finance holds it, from Sunil - Craig's view on which variations and valuations the commercial team most wants to see first Marcus is copied in as your customer success manager and will pick things up with you once the setup is done. Callie, Thanks, that matches my notes. A few points: - Access: I'll have written confirmation for the project and accounting systems this week. The commercial system needs a second approval, so that one may follow. - Client list: there are duplicates between the project and commercial lists. I'll reconcile it and send you one clean list. - Users: starting small is fine. I'd like the credit-control team in the first group, as they are the ones who will notice a mismatch quickly.
