What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan asked for a kickoff slot and written system access. Craig Ashwell chose Tuesday morning, will attend with two colleagues, and asked that variations be visible from the first refresh.
Ask: Callie proposed a one-hour kickoff and asked for a named access owner, written credentials before the session and one day-to-day admin.
Customer view: Craig accepted Tuesday morning and committed to chase IT and finance for written access. He made variations the priority: an unrecorded variation does not exist as far as the client is concerned.
Next: Craig's access confirmation in writing is the gate before any connector starts.

- Callie Brennan 21 Aug 2024 12:27Hi Craig, Thanks for the call earlier. Here is the plan for getting your kickoff in the diary, so we can switch things on in good order. What I'd like to propose: a kickoff session of about an hour, next week, either Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I'd like your project, commercial and credit-control leads in the room, as the whole point is that they see each client together. What I need from your side is: - a named person who can grant access to your CRM, the call recorder and the accounting system - credentials or admin access in writing before the kickoff, not after - one person who will be your day-to-day admin once I hand over Before we switch on the refresh I won't start any connector without that written access, so the sooner it arrives the sooner your first data lands. Once I have the list I'll map the fields and send you a short setup note with a date against every step. Could you let me know which morning suits and who will attend? Thanks, Callie
- Craig Ashwell 23 Aug 2024 13:41Callie, Tuesday is better. Morning, before the site visits start. I'll be there, plus our head of projects and Debbie from credit control. Our finance team will sort the accounting system access. IT will do the CRM and the call recorder. I'll chase them today and you'll have it in writing. One thing: I want variations visible from the first refresh. If a variation isn't recorded, it's not there as far as the client is concerned. Can we make that the priority? Craig
