What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the call, Craig Ashwell named the CRM and accounting system first, with variations as his key case, and asked how fast connectors go live. Valerie Okon wants a one-page summary and cannot promise 9 Aug 2024.
Ask: Craig wants to see what a client has signed against what is valued and invoiced, with variations shown per project. He asked for confirmation of connector scope and go-live speed.
Customer view: Valerie accepts a one-page summary stating what is one-off and what recurs. She has raised it with the board and cannot promise the date.
Next: Priya confirmed the connectors are covered and will list go-live commitments in the order form.

- Priya Raman 22 Jul 2024 15:06Hi all, Following our recent call, a short recap so we're all working from the same page. What we discussed: the Growth tier, so that project, commercial and credit-control teams can see each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices together. The total value of the deal as proposed is £51,600, which includes the one-off implementation fee. That is the deal total, not an annual figure, and the order form will set out how it splits. What I need from you: - Craig, a view on which systems the commercial team wants connected first. - Debbie, a view on what credit control would most want to see per client. - Valerie, anything you need in writing ahead of the board. Owen is copied in as he oversees pricing on deals of this kind, so any questions on the commercials can go straight to him or to me. Our aim is to have the order form with you for signature by 9 Aug 2024, and happy to make this easy if we can get your answers over the next few days. Best, Priya
- Craig Ashwell 23 Jul 2024 12:22Priya, Thanks for this. Short answers. First priority is the CRM and the accounting system, so we can see what a client has signed against what we have valued and invoiced. Variations are the big one for me. Where's the variation, who agreed it, and has it been billed? If the brain can show that per project, that's the case made. Second, our call recordings and the project mailboxes, so site conversations about changes to scope don't get lost. Debbie will come back separately on credit control. Can you confirm the connectors you've scoped will cover that, and how quickly they would be live? Need to know before it goes to the board. Craig
- Priya Raman 26 Jul 2024 09:03Hi all, Thanks, Craig, that's very clear. On connectors: the CRM, the accounting system, the call recorder and your mailboxes are all within what the Growth proposal covers, and the order form will list them with a commitment on how quickly each goes live. I'll put the wording in front of you in the draft rather than paraphrase it here. Debbie, if you can send me the two or three views credit control would check first each morning, I'll make sure the demo on your own data shows exactly those. Valerie, I appreciate the board is the gate. If it helps, I can put together a one-page summary of what the £51,600 deal total covers, so it can be read without anyone from our side in the room. Let me know and I'll turn it round quickly. To keep momentum, we're still aiming for signature by 9 Aug 2024. Best, Priya
- Valerie Okon 29 Jul 2024 08:11Priya, Yes please to the one-page summary. It should state what is one-off and what recurs, and when each is invoiced. I have raised it with the board. I will tell you when I know whether it can be considered in time for 9 Aug 2024. I cannot promise that date. We will pay on the agreed terms once the order form is signed. Valerie Okon
