What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Craig Ashwell agreed to a proposal walkthrough on Thursday, wants the variations side shown properly, and will bring Valerie Okon in for the money side. She signs nothing without the board.
Ask: Priya Raman asked for slots to walk through the proposal. Craig agreed and said variations are what matter: what the client has signed and what was done before agreement.
Customer view: Craig will not discuss cash without Valerie, and she signs nothing without the board anyway.
Next: send the invite to both, and show the variations coverage first.

- Priya Raman 24 Jun 2024 12:57Hi Craig, Thanks again for the time last week. To keep momentum, I'd like to book a session to walk you through the proposal properly, so you can see how project, commercial and credit teams would each see a client's variations and invoices together. The plan is simple: I'll show the proposal alongside your own kind of project data, and we can agree what is still open and what the next step looks like. If we can get this over the line in good time, we can plan the start around your busiest projects rather than against them. Could you give me a couple of slots later this week or early next? Happy to make this easy: I'll fit around your site visits. If it helps to have Valerie there for the commercial side, just say and I'll make sure the invitation goes to her as well. - Craig Ashwell 25 Jun 2024 12:43Priya, Yes, let's do it. Thursday works for me, mid-morning if possible. Friday is bad, I'm on site. One thing. Show me the variations side properly. That's what matters to us. Where's the variation, what has the client signed, what has been done before it was agreed. If the proposal covers that, good. On the money side I'd rather Valerie sees it herself. I don't discuss cash without her, and she signs nothing without the board anyway. I'll ask her to join. Send the invite to both of us. Craig
