What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Siân Pritchard to book the next quarterly review. She agreed, wants Nikhil to cover the loads, plans for Graham Tovey to join for the second half, and says a couple of people have gone quiet since the summer.
Ask: Daniel proposed a review focused on what the key-account, collections and complaints teams ask the brain, and asked for her honest view of how the team is finding it.
Customer view: Siân Pritchard says it is going mostly well. She will not say more until she understands why a couple of people have gone quiet since the summer, and she wants the record examined together.
Next: Daniel sends two or three slots, later in the week. Nikhil attends for the data platform side and Graham Tovey for the second half only.

- Daniel Okafor 15 Sep 2026 14:13Hello Siân, I hope the week is treating you well. Just to close the loop on our last conversation: we agreed it would be worth getting the next quarterly review booked while the team still has the summer's work fresh in mind. I would like to spend most of the time on what your key-account, collections and complaints teams have actually been asking the brain, and where you feel it is earning its place. I'll bring the usage picture too, though I know you like to measure it before we claim anything, so I'll keep the claims modest and the evidence plain. Could you let me know which days suit you and whether Nikhil should join for the data platform side? If Graham wants to sit in for part of it, I'm happy to shape the agenda around him. How is the team finding it at the moment, by the way? I'd be glad of your honest view before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 15 Sep 2026 16:13Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, let's get it booked. Later in the week is better for me than early, as the complaints team has a busy few days coming up and I want them free to attend. Please do include Nikhil. He will want to talk about the loads, and I would rather he said it himself than have me relay it. I'll check with Graham on his own diary, but I would plan on him joining for the second half only. On how the team is finding it: mostly well. A couple of people have gone quiet since the summer and I want to understand why before I say anything firmer. What does the record say? That is what I'd like us to look at together. If you send me two or three slots I'll confirm one tomorrow. Diolch, Siân
