Daniel Okafor proposed a check-in; Siân Pritchard accepted for Thursday after 14:00. She volunteered that fewer key account people are opening the brain than in the spring and wants usage split by who asks.

Ask: Daniel asked for an hour to review account activity and tickets. He offered a summary by team.

Customer view: Siân has seen the same drop, from the key account side, and wants it understood before guessing. She wants it split by who is asking, ahead of any conversation with Graham.

Next: Daniel to send the invite for Thursday and prepare the usage summary by team and person.

Hi Siân, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get a check-in in the diary with you before the summer gets away from us. It has been a little while since we sat down properly, and I would like to hear how the team is finding the brain at the moment. I have been looking at the account activity and ticket history ahead of it, and there are a couple of things I would rather talk through with you than put in an email. Nothing alarming, but I would like us to look at them together, and I would like to hear your read on them first. Could you do a slot next week, say Tuesday or Thursday afternoon? An hour should be plenty. If it helps, I can bring a short summary by team so you can see who is asking what. Just to close the loop on the practical side: I will send the invite as soon as you tell me which day suits. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, let's do it. Thursday afternoon works better for me, anywhere after 14:00. Tuesday is taken up with the complaints review and I will not want to move that. I will be honest, I have noticed the same things you probably have. Fewer people from the key account side are opening the brain than in the spring, and I would like to understand why before I start guessing. What does the record say? Let's measure it before we claim anything. So yes please, bring the summary by team. If you can split it by who is asking the questions, that would be the most useful thing for me. I would rather go into the conversation with Graham, when it comes, knowing what is going on. Send the invite for Thursday and I will accept it straight away. Diolch, Siân
