What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After the QBR, Graham Tovey confirmed Daniel's notes and asked for the renewal proposal well before the term ends on 9 Jan 2027. He wants the value work to show how complaint handling holds up with Ofgem.
Ask: Graham wants the proposal early, with Siân Pritchard's view of it before he sees it. He also wants the value piece to answer one question about Ofgem, backed by evidence.
Customer view: the notes match his recollection. Daniel's notes recorded steady usage, one ticket in the last month and nothing high priority.
Next: Daniel is to draft the value view with Siân and bring a renewal proposal well ahead of 9 Jan 2027, working through Siân on detail.

- Daniel Okafor 29 Jun 2026 14:46Hello all, Thank you for your time at the review last week. Just to close the loop, here are the notes as I have them. - Usage: active use is holding steady and has edged up on the previous quarter. The key-account, collections and complaints teams are all in the brain regularly, which is what Brimscombe bought Enterprise for. - Support: there has been one ticket in the last month, and nothing high priority. Nikhil, I believe that is the one about the source mapping you raised; do correct me if I have that wrong. - Contract: the current term runs to 9 Jan 2027. I'll come back to you in good time with a renewal proposal, so that nobody is surprised by it. - Value: Siân would like us to put together a measured view of what the shared record has done for complaint handling. I'll draft it with her and keep to what the data actually shows. If I've missed anything or got anything wrong, please say so and I'll update the notes. Best wishes, Daniel
- Graham Tovey 2 Jul 2026 15:55Daniel, Thank you for the notes. They match my recollection. Two things. First, on the renewal: tell me early, not late. I would like to see the proposal well before the term end, and Siân will give you her view of it before I look at it. Second, the value piece should answer one question: how does this hold up with Ofgem? If the complaint handling is demonstrably better, I want to be able to say so with evidence. Please work through Siân on the detail. Graham Tovey
