What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Alice Brewer invited Siân Pritchard to the in-person Customer Day on 11 Jun 2026, offering a short speaking slot or attendance only. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Alice asked whether Siân can attend and whether a slot interests her, with a one-line reply by the end of the following week. She also asked whether BG-Demo may quote what Brimscombe's teams ask the brain, if measurable.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so interest is unknown.
Next: the thread is a marketing invitation, not a commercial signal. A reply would show whether Siân is a willing advocate.

- Alice Brewer 26 May 2026 17:04Hi Siân, I'm writing about the BG-Demo Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 June 2026. It is in person, and I would like you to be there. The day is built around customers talking to customers about how they actually use the brain: what the teams ask it, what changed in their week, and what did not work first time. Several of the sessions are short and practical rather than slide-heavy. You have spoken about Brimscombe's use of the brain at events before, and the story here is one customer view across key accounts, collections and complaints. A short slot from you would be a strong fit. Nothing needs to be decided today. If you would rather simply attend and listen, that is just as welcome. If you do take a slot, I'll send a draft of the wording for your approval, and I won't use Brimscombe's name or any of your results unless you have said yes in writing. Would you be happy for us to quote what your teams are asking the brain these days? Only if you can measure it, of course. Could you let me know by the end of next week whether you can make the day, and whether a slot interests you? A one-line reply is plenty. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
