The day is for people who use the brain every day, and I'd like to have someone from your key-account side in the room. The story here is how teams like yours bring sites, contracts, calls and bills together for each business customer, and what they ask the brain once that view exists. Several customers will share how they work, and there will be time with our product and implementation teams to ask questions and say what you'd like changed. Would you like to come? If so, a quick reply is all I need, and I'll send the programme and practical details once you confirm. If a colleague on your key-account or collections side would get more from it, please say so and I'll invite them too.
