I have talked it over with my line manager, and I am glad to say it has been approved on our side, so I would be very happy to take part. I understand it is on a Thursday in June. Could you confirm the exact date and the time of my slot in writing, so that I can protect it in the diary? I would also like to know how long I will have and whether you want a talk, a panel or a conversation on stage. One condition from me: I will only talk about what we can measure. I would rather share a few things I can back with evidence than a long list I cannot. If your team would like to see my outline before it is used in any material, I am happy to send it. Diolch, Siân

I have copied in Daniel, who will stay in touch with you as your customer success manager and can help with anything from the account side. I will send you the exact date, the running order and the slot length as soon as the agenda is locked. At the moment I am thinking of a short talk followed by questions from the audience, but I am happy to shape it around what you would be most comfortable with. Your point about only sharing what can be measured is a good one, and it fits how we want the day to feel.
