Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed a quarterly review covering usage across teams, connector behaviour and future needs. Siân said yes and suggested an afternoon the week after next, not Friday.

Customer view: She wants daily users to speak for the brain under the point of one customer, one view.

Next: Daniel sends the pack a couple of days before and confirms the date.

Dear Siân, Thank you again for your time on our last call. It was good to hear how the team is getting on, and I came away with a few notes I would like to turn into something useful for the quarterly review. As you have Enterprise, the review is where we sit down together and look at how the brain is being used across the teams, how the connectors are behaving and what you would like from us over the coming months. I would like to put it in the diary in the next few weeks, and I would like to hear who you want in the room, so that the right people from Brimscombe can be there. If it helps, I can pull together a short pack beforehand, and you can tell me what is worth adding or leaving out. How is the team finding it at the moment? I would value your view before I write anything down. I'll come back to you with a proposed agenda as soon as we have a date. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thank you for this, and yes, let's do it. The teams are in a good place and I would like to show that properly rather than just say it. I would suggest the week after next, any afternoon except Friday. I would like to bring the head of key accounts and someone from the collections side, so that the people who use the brain every day can say what it does for them. One customer, one view is the point, and they can speak to it better than I can. Please send the pack a couple of days before so that I can read it through. If there is anything I should gather from my side, tell me and I will make a start. Diolch, Siân
