- Daniel Okafor 12 Feb 2026 11:10Hello Siân, I hope the week has been kind to you. Just to close the loop on our last conversation: I said I would come back to you about the next check-in, so here I am. I would like to get half an hour in the diary in the next couple of weeks. I'd like to hear how the key-account, collections and complaints teams are finding the brain at the moment, and whether anything has changed in how they use it since we last spoke. I'd also like to hear what you want to keep an eye on for the rest of the year, so that I can bring the right people from our side when it matters. Would a morning work better for you than an afternoon? Tell me which days are easiest and I will fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 13 Feb 2026 08:19Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Mornings are better for me, and Tuesday or Wednesday next week would suit. I would rather avoid Monday, as the complaints team has its weekly review and I like to be around for it. For what it's worth, the collections team asked the brain a good many questions about customer contracts this week, and the complaints team is still leaning on it for the site history. I won't say more than that until we have looked at the numbers properly. Let's measure it before we claim it. Could you send an invite once you have picked a slot? I would like to keep the agenda short and keep to what the record says. Diolch, Siân
