What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor flagged lower daily use than last quarter. Siân Pritchard suspects a wider group dipped in and went back to spreadsheets, and asked for a breakdown by team and person before the call.
Ask: Daniel asked which teams are still asking questions most days and whether anything has changed for the key-account, collections and complaints teams.
Customer view: Siân gave her honest view that daily users still depend on it while a wider group lapsed. She cannot prove it yet and wants the record first.
Next: Daniel to send two options for Tuesday or Thursday morning next week.

- Daniel Okafor 22 Jan 2026 09:28Hello Siân, I hope the week is treating you kindly. I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary, and I wanted to write before we pick a time so you know what is on my mind. When I looked at the usage figures ahead of the call, the number of people using the brain each day is lower than it was last quarter. I don't want to read too much into one view of it. Part of it could simply be the time of year, and your teams may be working in ways the numbers don't show. But I'd rather ask you than guess. So for the call, it would help me to hear: - which teams are still asking the brain questions most days, and which have gone quiet - whether anything has changed in how the key-account, collections and complaints teams work - whether there is anything about the 180 licensed users that you would like us to look at together Could you give me a couple of slots next week that suit you and Nikhil? I'll work around you. Just to close the loop, there is nothing wrong that I know of on our side. The two tickets raised recently were routine and are being dealt with. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 23 Jan 2026 15:59Hi Daniel, Thanks for flagging it early, and for not assuming. I'd rather we looked at the record together than trade impressions. My honest view: the people who depend on the brain every day still do, but I suspect we have a wider group who dipped in during the first months and then went back to their old spreadsheets. That would fit what you are seeing. I can't prove it yet, and let's measure it before we claim it. Could you bring a breakdown by team and by person to the call? Then I can tell you what the record says against what I think is happening. I would also like to understand whether the drop is concentrated in one team, because that changes what I do about it. For timing, Tuesday or Thursday morning next week works for me. I'll ask Nikhil to join for the first part so he can answer anything on the loads. If you can send two options, I'll confirm one straight away. Diolch, Siân On 22 Jan 2026, at 09:28, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Could you give me a couple of slots next week that suit you and Nikhil?
