Scheduling our QBR

Hello Siân, Thank you again for making time on the last call. Just to close the loop, I would like to get the next quarterly business review into the diary before your contract term ends on 9 Jan 2026, so we are not squeezing it in alongside the renewal paperwork. I know the next couple of weeks are awkward with the holidays, so I have kept it simple. Could you let me have two or three slots in the first week back after the new year that suit you? An hour should be plenty. I would like the key-account, collections and complaints teams represented if possible, since they are the ones using the brain most, and Nikhil if he can spare the time. I'll bring the usage picture and a short list of what the teams have been asking, and you are very welcome to add anything you want covered. How is the team finding it at the moment? Hi Daniel, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. It has been a busy week here. First week back is fine. Tuesday or Wednesday mid-morning would suit me best, say 10:00 or 10:30, and I will check with Nikhil and the heads of the other teams before we settle. Please hold both days for now and I'll confirm by the end of this week. One request. I would like us to look at what the record says before we claim anything. Last quarter I told people the brain was saving the collections and complaints teams time, and I could not put a measure on it when asked. If you can bring whatever you have on questions asked and by whom, I will bring what I can from the teams. Let's measure it before we claim it.
