Daniel Okafor proposed a quarterly review that includes the 9 Jan 2026 renewal. Siân Pritchard agreed and asked for measured usage by team against last year, to show what the business gets from 180 licensed users.

Ask: Siân accepted the review and wants renewal discussed as part of it, planned rather than squeezed in at the end. She asked for questions asked, which teams ask them, and a comparison with the same period last year.

Customer view: she wants value measured before it is claimed, and says Graham will want evidence too. This is a value case, not a price complaint.

Next: Daniel to pull the usage figures and agree a Wednesday or Thursday morning slot with Siân.

Hello Siân, Thank you for your time on our last call. I would like to book the quarterly review with you and your colleagues while there is still room in the diary. My suggestion for the agenda is a look at how the brain is being used across the business, what has changed since the last review, and what you would like the next quarter to deliver. I would also like to leave a little time to talk about the renewal on 9 Jan 2026, so that nothing about it comes as a surprise to you or to Graham. Could you suggest a date in the next fortnight? I can do mornings on most days, and I will come back to you by the end of the week with the material once we have a date. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Good to hear from you. Happy to do the review, and I agree we should talk about the renewal as part of it. I would rather that was planned than squeezed in at the end. On the agenda, there is one thing I would add. We have 180 licensed users, and I want to show what the business is actually getting from them, in terms we can measure. Could you pull together the number of questions asked, which teams are asking them, and how that compares with the same period last year? Let's measure it before we claim it. Graham will want to see evidence, and so do I. For timing, I can offer next Wednesday or Thursday morning. Let me know which you prefer and I will send the invitation to the right people. Diolch, Siân
