What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26After signature, Callie Brennan asked Siân Pritchard for access, admins, user lists and a security contact before kickoff. Siân chose Thursday mornings, will be one admin, and wants to agree what is tracked from the start.
Ask: Callie Brennan asked for written access to each source, admin names, a user list by team for one hundred and eighty seats, and a security contact. She wanted a kickoff of about an hour.
Customer view: Siân Pritchard is positive, saying a few colleagues had already looked at the workspace and "there is appetite". She wants to measure before claiming value and asks for an agenda beforehand.
Next: a second admin is still to be named, and credentials are with IT. Until then Siân is the only confirmed admin.

- Callie Brennan 10 Jan 2025 14:23Hi Siân, Welcome aboard. The order form is signed, so let's get the kickoff in the diary. Here is the plan from my side. Timing: I would like to hold the kickoff on Wednesday or Thursday next week, for about an hour. Which suits you and your team better? Before we switch on the refresh, what I need from your side is: - Written access for each source we are connecting, in your Snowflake account and in the systems that feed it. I will not start a connector without it. - The names of your admins, so that someone at Brimscombe can run things alone once we hand over. - A short list of who in key accounts, collections and complaints will be among your licensed users, so we can set up access for all one hundred and eighty seats in the right order. - Your security contact, so the review work can run alongside the connectors. If the credentials arrive before the kickoff rather than after, the first refresh should land cleanly and we can spend the hour on mapping rather than chasing access. Thanks, Callie
- Siân Pritchard 13 Jan 2025 10:29Hi Callie, Thanks for this, very clear. A few of us have already had a first look at the workspace over the weekend, so there is appetite. Let's keep that going. Thursday works better for us. Mornings are best, as collections is busy later in the day. On your list: - Admins: I will be one. I am confirming a second with our IT team and will send the name before Thursday, so we are not relying on a single person. - Users: I will put together the list by team. Complaints and collections first, then key accounts. I would rather we measure it before we claim it, so I would like to agree with you what we track from the start. - Credentials: I have asked a colleague in IT to prepare the written access. I will confirm once it is with you. - Security contact: I will pass on a name from our security team. One question. Will you send an agenda beforehand, so I can bring the right people from each team? Diolch, Siân
