Alice Brewer 3 Jun 2026 15:21Hi Claire, Welcome to Harcastle, and I hope the first weeks in the role have been going well. I'm Alice and I run marketing at BB-Demo. Marcus Bell, who looks after your account as customer success manager, mentioned that you joined in the spring to lead integration, so I wanted to write to you directly. We are holding BB-Demo Customer Day London on Thursday 11 June 2026. It is an in person day in London for customers to meet one another, compare how they are using the brain, and talk to our team face to face. The story here is that a number of our customers are growing through acquisition or reorganisation, and the conversation about bringing systems and customers together under one view is one many of them are keen to have. I think you would find the room useful, and I suspect other people there would learn a lot from how Harcastle approaches it. Would you be able to join us?
