Current to 13 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon asks Imran Hussain for a slot to check finance records against sites. Imran agrees Tuesday from 14:00 for a full hour and asks which customer id the finance source is keyed on. Mainly scheduling, with one open data question.
Ask: Laura proposed going through finance records and then joining helpdesk tickets to each customer. Imran accepted a longer slot because he wants to revisit the duplicate sites.
Customer view: Imran is careful and hands-on. He will test the supplier's scheduled routing file before switching it on, and wants to be sure he checks the same customer id as BB-Demo.
Next: Laura needs to answer the customer id question before the Tuesday session.

- Laura Penhaligon 24 Apr 2025 17:28Hi Imran, Thanks for the session earlier in the week. I've written up where we got to: the helpdesk connector is loading, the finance source is configured but not yet checked, and the routing system is waiting on the supplier export. For the next session I'd suggest we go through the finance records together and check that invoices line up with the right site. After that we can look at how the helpdesk tickets join to each customer. Could you suggest a time early next week? Monday or Tuesday would suit me. Half an hour would cover the finance check, though I'd rather book a bit longer so we have room if the duplicates turn up again. Thanks, Laura

Since we spoke I've heard back from the supplier on the routing export, and they can send it as a scheduled file. I haven't opened it yet, so I'll test it before we switch it on and tell you what's in it. Tuesday afternoon works, from 14:00. Let's book a full hour. I'd like to look at the duplicate sites again, and I'd rather not rush it. One question: which customer id is that going to be keyed on in the finance source? I want to be sure I'm checking the same one as you. Imran
