Current to 11 Oct 26After the 2 May 2024 demo, Liam Corner reported genuine interest, especially in credit queries, and asked about cost and commitment. Tom Ashdown promised a proposal and a thirty minute walk-through.
Ask: Liam Corner, the Systems Administrator, asked what the product costs and what the commitment is. He said the team had looked and chatted, with the most interest in the credit queries piece.
Customer view: positive but early. Darren Blakey, the Sales Operations Manager, did not write in the thread, so the buying view beyond Liam is not shown.
Next: Tom sends a proposal with pricing and terms that week. Liam accepted a walk-through early the following week, suggested as Tuesday at 10:00.

- Tom Ashdown 2 May 2024 18:13Hi Darren and Liam, Cheers for the time today. We covered the main bit: seeing your trade accounts, complaints and credit queries all in one place. Looked good to us, but what really matters is what you think. Have a look and come back with any early thoughts. No rush. Cheers, Tom
- Liam Corner 7 May 2024 11:16We've had a look and chatted with the team. There's genuine interest, especially on the credit queries piece. Quick question: what does this cost and what's the commitment? Liam
- Tom Ashdown 10 May 2024 11:56Liam and Darren, Good question, I'll get you a proposal this week with pricing and terms. Let's put something in the diary to walk through it: how's early next week for thirty minutes? Cheers, Tom
